Our case managers are the hub of our business, managing their own caseload of accounts and taking ownership for successful collection outcomes. With a combination of both inbound and outbound calls, you will be dealing with account holders whose own aims and outcomes are often diametrically opposed to that of our clients, so you’ll need strength of character and resilience. The accounts that we manage are generally those where there has been no payment at all for significant periods and in the vast majority we are dealing with account holders who won’t pay rather than those who can’t. So your excellent analytical, influencing, negotiating and communication skills are essential in obtaining the best solution for all parties – an appropriate repayment arrangement based upon an account holder’s circumstances. In addition, you’ll need a keen eye for detail along with a confidence to challenge and question and a clear telephone manner.
With a thorough training programme, we’ll develop your existing skills to ensure that you become:
· Fully conversant with the legal process involved in debt recovery
· Confident in investigation and problem solving on your accounts
· Empathetic yet firm in negotiation

Ideally if you have a background in debt recovery, negotiation, sales or finance we’d like to hear from you. We’re particularly interested if you are:

· An individual who can demonstrate conversational telephone techniques and has an active listening approach
Of course, we have a few things we insist upon; such as a grade A* to C in both Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent, an enhanced DBS check and a clear credit record.

Our offices are in Centre Park near Warrington town centre so we have fantastic bus routes to and from the park.

Our interview process can last about 20 minutes for Part 1 and 1.5 hours for Part 2.
This is a telephone interview (Depending on the position you have applied for). This usually lasts around 20 minutes and is a discussion covering your CV, experience and general information as required.
This is a face to face interview along with competency tests.
These tests come in a variety of forms and help us access your suitability for a particular role. Following the tests we conduct a face to face interview which gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and also gives you the opportunity to see if we are the right fit for you.
We also occasionally run recruitment days where we hold group assessments and individual interviews.
